Watch out about …
Watch out about restricting sugars or fat too much. I am guilty of that in the past, and that will kick you in the butt. I am trying to eat strawberries, plums, bananas, etc everyday to help combat that. So, having too much or not enough can be quite dangerous. I think too many people harp on having too much, when not enough explain the health dangers of having too little.

oh….and i always …
oh….and i always eat a lot more right after going grocery shopping….and even beer…i rarely buy beer….maybe 2, 3 times a year….but when i have it, i drink it real quick….also, now im livin in a place where the fast food restaurants are all 8 km away, so i eat a lot less fast food…..so i really believe behavior is also a major factor in how much and what we eat….

i think hunger and …
i think hunger and cravings has a lot to do with behavior to….i used to eat a lot more when i lived with my mom….she was always cooking, and there was always a ton of yumy stuff to eat, so every few minutes i was going to the kitchen to grab something to silence the cravings…..now, im on my own, theres not as much food lying around…lol…and i dont eat half of what i used to and i dont feel as many cravings either…

not necessarily. …
not necessarily. When you go out for example, it can be cheaper to eat healthy than to eat unhealthy. a 6″ subway ham sandwich loaded with veggies and not too much meat for example sells for 3$ whereas a slice of pizza is around the same. Also, though not organic, regular produce isn’t so expensive that most people can’t afford it. Its still cheaper to make a home cooked meal with regular non organic foods than to go out, plus most of the time its healthier as well
