    Hey there,
    Thanks for your question!
Know that we all find it really hard–the challenge is half the fun! Some days you balance and some days you fall. It’s not about that…it’s about focusing on your breath and being able to hold steady by listening inside no matter what the body’s doing. Just keep doing yoga, and the more you do, the more your body will “get” the poses. But if you’re calm inside and breathing deeply through the nose, then you’re already there. Have fun on the mat! xoSadie

    Hi there!
    Glad it’s working for you.

Practice anytime that feels good to you. Sometimes morning is good because you make sure to get it done, and it helps you make better choices all day long.
There isn’t a typical breakfast, but if you want to lose weight, aim for 3-400 calories, something healthy like oatmeal with nuts, or fruit and yogurt, egg on toast, something that combines protein, carbs and a little health fat like olive oil or nuts. Good Luck! Sadie

This is for both of you…
Do 30 minutes of yoga, any of these videos you like, but I’d prefer you did the Power Half Hour videos parts 1 through 4. Eat pretty healthy and drink less soda or sugary things and stick with water or seltzer with squeezed lemon or lime in it. Good for you for wanting to be healthy, but please, girls, don’t get scrawny and gross. Keep your new curves/ we don’t look like boys–[continued]

That’s a rational goal! Eat 1200-1500 calories a day, never less than 1200, and do this yoga, and you will lose at least that much.

    This style does …
This style does exactly what any other vigorous exercise does for you, cardio-wise, plus it builds your muscles at the same time-like doing cardio and weights at once. Pretty transformative!

    That’s what I said …
That’s what I said too, in the beginning…then I chipped away at it, and guess what? You CAN and you WILL be able to rock this–just tackle it a little at a time, and eventually you’ll be doing the whole thing.

yeah, I did too till I practiced it for long enough. Life is falling and staying up both, so it’s good to practice doing both with grace:) xoSadie

I would do 3 times a week for 30-60 minutes. And only go to where your body will take you and work there. You’ll progress over time. Have fun!! xoSadie

Is this something it is safe to do everyday? I am a total beginner. Should I start off slower, maybe 2-3 times a week?
