I don’t drink a lot of pop, but lately I have been having these cravings for pop and Energy drinks. I was thinking for the month of October that I wouldn’t drink pop and energy drinks and see how that goes because for one that is just a lot of sugar to have. Do you think that is a good thing to try or should I try something else? I was going to drink milk and water.

I’m tired of relying on energy drinks and caffeine for a pick me up, I always feel horrible when I crash.
Besides sleep and exercise, how can I have more energy?
1. i crash really hard too. i would say diet. try and get a bit more sleep in aswell.. maybe take naps if u possibly can? for some people i know… they just go on a walk or run in the fresh air outside, and that wakes them right up.. hope this helped

I quit my job on the sixth of July, I used to consume 2-4 cans average a day for almost three years. Since I haven’t been drinking them my mind is foggy, Im am constantly grouchy, I get bad tension headaches at least twice a week, my ADD acts up to where i cant focus for more than a minute without my mind trailing off, and my skull feels hollow. I started drinking 1 maybe two a day this past week and it cleared up those symptoms. anyone else experience this? I’m not sure if this is caused by all the caffeine or could it be some other ingredient?
Sounds like stimulant withdrawal. Caffeine is one of them. There are few others that are commonly used in energy drinks suck as Guarana. Please make sure to taper down gradually and you should feel minimal symptoms.

We were actually drinking Monsters when we filmed this. The whole thing is improv. This is basically how the story goes on how this video was made…
Jon and I were drinking monsters all night that night. I believe that we had about 7 or 8 each. Then, me, being a natural filmer all hyped up on the best energy drink in the world, decided to go get a camera, put it in front of me, and just act. Jon is the announcer and the “HE HAS TO PEE FIRST” guy, while his brother, Patrick, filmed it.
I can honestly say right now that this video is the only one that I’ve never rehersed or thought about. Everything seen here is spur of the moment… Enjoy…
