Have Fun - Drink ACT!

Water, Green Tea, Energy Drinks And Frivolousness

Posted by admin

I apologize if you can’t hear what I’m saying too well, at one point I even had to add in a caption because I was afraid people might have misinterpreted what I said and thought I contradicted myself. Even though the subject matter was frivolous.

I’m slappin’ this one together, clearly. But it made me think about why I even started vblogging it up in the first place. Like several days ago. I suppose I’ve been wanting to elaborate on the aspergers thing for a while also, Nancy Grace es me off. The Les Stroud vs. Bear Grylls was kind of a practice video. So who knows, I kind of have fun doing them. It does sort of make me take a look at myself. Maybe I should save this for another unstructured crappy vblog video.

I tried to cut out as much of the “like” and “you know” out when I talk, I still do this speech filler thing though, like saying words like “kind of,” and “high on the hog,” okay, I never say “high on the hog,” but that saying should totally come back, along with “chesterfield.” I use a lot of commas when I write. Notice that? I try to match the way I write with my vernacular. Maybe I shouldn’t do that. Who knows.

    Kidney stones will …
Kidney stones will do that to you, I’ve never had them personally. My dad did though, and he bought a huge Bubba Keg and will drink water all day. He will drink nothing else, I find it odd, but he says if I ever got them I’d do the same thing.

As for energy drinks I prefer Nos, then Monster, and finally Rockstar. I rarely drink any others.

I think I use quite a few commas when I type, but I rarely let it bug me.

    You don’t have to …
You don’t have to tell me man, I definitely learned my lesson after the kidney stones about brushing it off when you notice yourself ing out blood.

About Me

I am a 68-year-old "work at home" grandfather of 8, prostate cancer survivor, avid recreational dragonboat coach, paddler and amateur photographer, and enjoy doing volunteer work in my community. I drink A.C.T. Energy Drinks twice a day and feel great!

I am Californian born and bred, but moved north to Oregon in 1964, and Canada in 1967. I am a dual citizen, and I love living on Vancouver Island.

I enjoy my successful Internet businesses, and really enjoy the freedom they give me to spend more time with friends and family.

I enjoy cooking, particularly with Thai curry pastes (I like spicy food) and baking with exotic sourdough cultures.

    All the best,

    Ken McVay
